DDL Recruitment was founded in 2015 by Henry de Haas. As a hardworking, hands-on, Managing Director with over 21 years’ experience in the labour hire and recruitment industry, Henry was inspired to create a company that would ethically and professionally serve the needs of the ever-growing labour hire market.

Henry’s aim is to separate DDL from the crowded recruitment marketplace by focusing on supplying a quality workforce to employers looking for dynamic, dependable and hard-working individuals. Ever conscious of focusing on customer needs, the boutique aspect of DDL Recruitment allows for a more personalised and detail-oriented approach that customers really enjoy.
