With specialist recruitment expertise built on a thriving career progression through finance, human resources, operations management and even hands-on manual labour, he is a true mix of business acumen and down-to-earth approachability.
Skilled in connecting with candidates and clients alike, Henry’s scope of experience in industrial placement spans payroll, staff rosters, workplace safety, human resources and industrial relations for a 200-strong workforce. He understands the demands of each role, consistently engendering employer trust by placing the right candidate in the right job.
Determined to position DDL Recruitment as a boutique provider of high quality, high volume contract labour, Henry is adamantly service-focused and genuinely cares about his staff.
At home, Henry is keen to embrace the future as an empty nester, whilst ardently following AFL and Premier League and occasionally volunteering his sporting talents at the local cricket club.
Stacey de Haas
Public Relations and Sales Consultant
As Henry's daughter, Stacey allows for the family environment to thrive within DDL Recruitment. Stacey has a specialist background in Public Relations with a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Media Studies from Deakin University. Her skills with managing digital media platforms allow for the growth and development of the business through connecting with employees and clients alike on modern social media networks. Stacey's communication and customer service skill set come from her background as McDonald's Manager for seven years, allowing her to develop great, personable relationships with DDL Recruitment's employees and clients. Stacey's people person nature allows her to grow and develop the employees, to always make sure the perfect fit is provided to the client by always exceeding the both the client's and employee's expectation and needs.
Operational Assistant Manager
Rosie's working career has been committed to the logistics industry for over 20 years; in various disciplines which include; importers, exporters, shipping, forwarding, transport & warehousing. Within the last ten years, she made the decision to move from industry to recruitment in logistics. Her aim was to educate employers, candidates and internal stakeholders and industry of the changes and demands of the evolving work place.
Fast forward 6 years, Rosie moved to teaching logistics (Cert IV & Diploma of Logistics) at Victoria University. A Victorian Transport Association initiative to combat an ageing workforce in logistics. This role was an honour; educating young cadets (18-25 years of age), who were motivated in entering into the logistics industry. Cadets were placed in various logistics organizations as part of their work/study placement throughout their two year course.
Today, Rosie returns back to her passion, logistics recruitment after two years of reskilling back in the industry.
Her main hobbies include squash and painting.
Rosie's message is that recruitment is not a dirty word, it just needs to be executed with respect & dignity for all stakeholders concerned and that is why she has come back and has chosen DDL Recruitment as her employer of choice.
Recruitment and Sales Manager
As a vital member of the DDL team, Don has previously managed many well-known businesses for various consortiums in the hospitality sector for 12 years. He has previously owned a successful hospitality Point-Of-Sale business for 18 years and has an inate ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. His experience has given him knowledge of the intracicies pertaining to the running of a successful business.
Don brings to the table his own uique syle of cosumer relations and staff people skills; his experience in the recruitment/labour hire process ensures the best outcome for DDL's client's unique staffing requirements.
Recently completing a diploma of Logistics at Victorian University, Don has an understanding of the requirements of dependable labour hire within the complete supply chain. His focus on the delivery of an optimal customer experience to DDL’s valued clientelle will continue to drive the shared vision & commitment of customer service excellence by all DDL team members.
